Please do not book travel arrangements until the retreat is confirmed.


  • US Citizens Traveling to Greece: Need a current passport. Ensure it does not expire within 6 months of your trip. Visas are not required as of 2024 but we will update if that changes for 2025.
  • Travel Advisories: Stay updated through the US State Department Website.
  • Arrival in Greece: You will fly to Athens and should plan to arrive at least one day before the retreat starts and depart a day after.
  • Travel to Amorgos:
  • Option 1 (Recommended): Ferries run between Athens and the ports of Katapola and Aegialis on either Sea Jets or Blue Star. The Blue Star (or Hellenic) Highspeed 4 ferry is recommended, with an upgrade to the VIP section for comfortable travel and optimal viewing.
  • Option 2: Flights from Athens to Santorini or Naxos are plentiful and inexpensive, with ferry rides to Amorgos taking approximately 1-3 hours, typically midday.
  • Scheduling and Pricing: Access ferry schedules and pricing, as well as flight schedules and pricing through olympicair.com or aegeanair.com​​.
  • What’s Not Included:
  • Airfare, ferry tickets and transfers to ports other than Amorgos
  • A third meal each day 
  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Extra spa treatments or excursions
